Important: EM AI uses third-party AI infrastructure. Please do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, legally restricted, or unauthorized third-party information unless Executive Minds LLC has expressly agreed in writing that the service is appropriate for that use.

Meetings or webinars may be hosted through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Go High Level, Fathom, or similar providers.

5. AI Processing and Model Training

Executive Minds LLC does not knowingly use customer prompts, uploads, or outputs to train public third-party language models.

Based on representations from our third-party AI infrastructure provider, customer prompts, uploads, and outputs submitted through EM AI are not used to train third-party language models.

Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information may be used by Executive Minds LLC or its providers to operate, secure, maintain, improve, support, analyze, and optimize EM AI and related services.

We do not claim ownership of your original prompts, uploads, or business content.

6. How We Share Information

AI Infrastructure Providers

We may share prompts, uploads, outputs, usage data, and technical information with third-party AI infrastructure providers as necessary to provide EM AI.

Payment Processors

No online service, AI system, cloud platform, payment processor, CRM, meeting platform, recording tool, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using strong passwords, securing your devices, limiting account access, and avoiding submission of unnecessary sensitive information.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EM AI and other services, manage accounts, process payments, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce agreements, and support business operations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, account status, legal requirements, payment history, support needs, security requirements, and operational needs.
