This Refund Policy applies to purchases of EM AI and related Executive Minds LLC digital products, subscriptions, onboarding, support, training, consulting, coaching, workshops, and services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

When you purchase EM AI, you are purchasing access for the annual subscription term shown at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, your subscription may renew annually until cancelled.
All fees are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Executive Minds LLC in writing.
This includes, without limitation:
If you cancel during an active annual subscription term, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid subscription period, unless your access is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a prorated refund, partial refund, credit, or reimbursement for unused time.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not want your subscription to renew.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not refund amounts already paid.
You may cancel through the payment platform, customer portal, or by contacting us at [email protected].
We recommend cancelling at least 7 days before your renewal date to avoid unintended renewal charges.
If your annual subscription renews and you did not cancel before the renewal date, the renewal payment is final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may also be processed where required by law, payment processor rules, card-network rules, fraud-prevention requirements, duplicate-payment correction, payment-processing error, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or other payment issue, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can review the issue.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this Refund Policy, but nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or card-network rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to EM AI or related services if a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, declined, or otherwise unpaid.
If you cancel your annual subscription, you may continue to access EM AI until the end of your paid annual term, unless your account is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
After the subscription term ends, access to EM AI and related subscription benefits will end.
Fees for onboarding, support, training, consulting, coaching, workshops, digital products, setup services, and implementation services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Executive Minds LLC in writing.
If a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work includes different payment or refund terms, that separate written agreement will control.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law, payment processor rules, or card-network rules.
